At SneakPeek, meeting promised turnaround times for gender results for our customers is a top priority, and we are continuing with business as usual to process samples in a timely manner. We have always been committed to the health and safety of our lab personnel, and continue to uphold our protective practices to the highest level. SneakPeek Labs is fully disinfected twice a day; some stations multiple times throughout the day. Our lab personnel wear personal protective equipment at all times, including face masks, latex gloves, lab coats, and goggles, and blood samples are discarded in regulated biohazard waste bins that are removed by a professional hazardous waste removal company. We understand this is a difficult situation and time, and thank you for placing your trust in us. We are continuing to ensure we meet our promise to our customers as well as protecting the health and safety of our personnel.
SneakPeek is very aware of the health implications associated with the COVID-19 virus, and we’re following best practices in line with the latest updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and government agencies. SneakPeek products are shipped from San Diego, California, and are manufactured in North America. Due to the nature of our product which requires it to be free of contamination from outside sources of DNA, we have always ensured our products are fully sterilized and hermetically sealed before being sent to our customers, and continue to do so with rigorous QA standards. Of course, we’re watching out for the health of our team members, especially those sending packages to our customers, and encouraging anyone experiencing cold or respiratory illnesses to stay home and rest.
