Incorrect SneakPeek At-Home Early Gender Test Results

Becoming a parent means making new discoveries, like learning the best method for sleep training your little one or finding out you do remember all the words to Mary Had a Little Lamb. But parenthood also means making mistakes. After all, when it comes to parenting, no one’s success rate is 100 percent.

Even SneakPeek’s Early Gender Results Test isn’t 100% perfect (although with clinically-proven over 99% accuracy1, we come pretty close). Fortunately, in the rare instance that you receive an inaccurate gender result using our Early Gender Results Test, we’ll offer you a 100% refund. Read on to learn more.

What happens if you receive an inaccurate result?

At SneakPeek, we’re committed to providing you with science-based baby knowledge, top-of-the-line customer support, and a product that you can trust. That’s why if your baby is born, and her gender doesn’t match our predicted results, we’ll refund 100% of your purchase.

How to Start the Refund Process

If you received an inaccurate result using the SneakPeek Early Gender DNA Test, we sincerely apologize, and we’re more than happy to ensure you receive a full refund.

To start the refund process, simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Scan or photograph your baby’s birth certificate – To confirm that your results didn’t match our results, please scan or photograph your baby’s state-certified birth certificate, and email the copy to us as an attachment. To maintain your baby’s privacy, feel free to cover his name, as it’s not needed to process your refund.
  2. Provide your address – In the body of your email, please include your current mailing address or the address where you’d like your refund check sent.
  3. Include your order number – To help us find your initial results in our system, please include your original order number within your email.

Once we verify your documents, we’ll mail your refund check to the address provided. Refunds are typically received within 7 to 10 business days.
