If you’re feeling more forgetful than usual these days, you’re probably experiencing a bit of pregnancy brain, which can cause increased forgetfulness and difficulty concentrating. If your pregnancy brain also caused you to enter the wrong address when placing your SneakPeek order, don’t worry. While the time-sensitive nature of our products doesn’t allow us to make delivery address changes, we can still recommend the best way to handle the issue and explain what we can do to help.
How to Retrieve Your Order
Because SneakPeek is a time-sensitive product, we fill our orders as quickly as possible. That means we’ve likely already shipped your order by the time you realize you moved to a new house last year. This makes it impossible for us to change a delivery address after an order has been placed.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Fortunately, there are steps you can take to retrieve your package.
#1 Retrieve Your Package from the Incorrect Address
If possible, we first recommend going to the incorrect address to retrieve your package. With your tracking information, you can find out your order’s expected delivery date, and go to the address before then to ask the resident or owner to hold onto the package for you when it arrives. Then, you can pick it up after it’s been safely delivered.
You may even make a new friend or meet another mom in the process!
#2 US Orders – Contact USPS
If you’re unable to retrieve your package from the incorrect address, we strongly recommend contacting USPS Customer Service directly at 1-800-275-8777. By providing them with your tracking number, you can request a package redirect to the correct address.
Alternatively, if the package is being held at a post office before the final leg of delivery, you may be able to pick it up directly from there.
If Your Package Cannot Be Retrieved
If you’re unable to retrieve your SneakPeek order from the incorrect address and can’t request an address redirect from USPS in time, let us know!
