COVID-19 Update: While SneakPeek lab is fully operational and remains on time, customs quarantine processes due to the recent shelter in place order may delay some shipments to you, or your sample back to the US.

Shipping To and From the Australia

• Your test kit is sent to you from a fulfillment center in Australia and will arrive within 1-4 business days.* You will receive tracking information when your kit is mailed.
• From You to SneakPeek Labs (see below): Return shipping to SneakPeek Labs is included. It is sent via Australia Post – Express Post to a freight forwarder located in Australia, which takes 2-3 business days* and can be tracked using your unique return tracking label number through the Australia Post site. Remember to take a picture of your return tracking label prior to mailing. The freight forwarder then ships your package to SneakPeek Labs in the US, which takes another 2-3 business days.* We apologize, no tracking information is available for this portion of the return at this time. You’ll receive a “sample arrived” email the day it arrives at SneakPeek Labs, and your gender results will follow 4 to 8 hours after that email.
