BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN) THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.
The SneakPeek Baby Name Forecast Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) consists of four (4) separate Entry Periods, each approximately twenty-five (25) days in length. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Entry Periods are as follows:
Each Entry Period is independent. A separate winner will be selected for each Entry Period. Entries from one Entry Period are not carried over to subsequent Entry Periods.
The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Myriad Genetics, Inc. (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Sweepstakes you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these “Official Rules” and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Sweepstakes, selection of the winners, and Sponsor’s exercise of discretion, which will be final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects.
2. ELIGIBILITY.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry (each, an “Eligible Entrant”). Void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sweepstakes is not open to, and the following persons are not considered Eligible Entrants and expressly ineligible to enter or win: (a) Officers, directors, and employees of the Sponsor, and each of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household; and (b) any healthcare professional, referral source, purchaser, payor, marketer, distributor, prescriber, or other person or entity, who is in a position to order, recommend, refer, arrange for, facilitate, influence, or generate the use of any product or service offered by Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine eligibility and ongoing compliance, to investigate any entry or entrant, and to disqualify, invalidate, void, or reject any entry or purported winner at any time if Sponsor determines or reasonably believes the entrant is not an Eligible Entrant and if the entrant or entry may create, in Sponsor’s sole judgement, a risk of violation of any applicable law or regulatory guidance.
3. HOW TO ENTER.
There are two (2) ways to enter during each Entry Period:
Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. Entries submitted by anyone other than the entrant are void. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries obtained through fraudulent means will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.
4. DRAWING AND ODDS.
One (1) potential winner per Entry Period will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor on or about the following dates:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period.
5. PRIZES.
One (1) prize will be awarded per Entry Period, for a total of four (4) prizes. Each prize consists of one (1) Babylist gift card in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00 USD) (the “Prize”). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes combined is one thousand dollars ($1,000.00 USD).
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS.
Limit of one (1) Prize per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitutions or cash equivalents, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or in the event of prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. All Babylist gift card terms and conditions apply. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION.
Potential winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry in a commercially reasonable time after the drawing date for their Entry Period. Potential winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) business days of the date of first notification (“Response Window”). Failure to respond within this window will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period.
As part of the winner notification process, the potential prize winners will be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility/Release of Liability, and where permitted by law, a publicity release (collectively, the “Declaration”), each within the Response Window, as a condition of receiving the prize. A potential winner becomes a “winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor.
If a notification email is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or non-compliant with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. Sponsor may select up to three (3) alternate potential winners, after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. Prize will be delivered to the verified winner within four (4) to six (6) weeks of winner verification.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or suspension date.
9. RELEASES.
Each entrant, as condition of participation in this Sweepstakes, agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with (i) any participation in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, (ii) the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prize awarded, (iii) the Released Parties’ violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property, (iv) entrant’s registration material on any related website, or (v) any typographical, human, or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation, announcement of any Sweepstakes and/or prize.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor, or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without giving regard to its any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.
BY PARTICIPATING, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY AND WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGEMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANT’S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.
11. USE OF DATA.
Sponsor will collect personal data about Entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating, Entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information as described in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at sneakpeektest.com/privacy-notice/. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name and state of residence for purposes of announcing the winner, unless prohibited by law.
12. WINNERS LIST.
To obtain the names of prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with a written request to the name and address listed below, Attn: Baby Name Forecast Sweepstakes Winners, no later than October 15, 2026.
