The SneakPeek lab team sorts and checks in samples as soon as they are delivered. You can expect your check-in email to arrive by 7pm.
The SneakPeek lab processes new samples Monday through Saturday and sends test results 7 days a week. There is no sample delivery to SneakPeek on Sundays.
FastTrack results are sent the same day the sample arrives at the lab, by 11:59pm at the latest. Standard results are sent the day after the sample arrives, by 5pm.
Return labels come wrapped around the outside of your test. Can’t find it? Contact us with your order number.
