I acknowledge that potential delays of test results are possible. SneakPeek and my Ultrasound Studio or Healthcare Provider are not liable for FedEx mailing system delays.
I accept the FedEx mailing system as a consistent, yet imperfect system that is not under the control of either SneakPeek, my Ultrasound Studio, or Healthcare Provider. FedEx can have disruptions in mail service due to weather and other matters out of their control.

  • Next Day Results – Not available in all regions. Certain postal regions only have 2 day shipping available.
  • No shipping on Sundays or FedEx Postal Holidays. If this applies, the additional day will be added to the time your result is delivered.

FastTrack Result Delays – Results are considered delayed if you have not received your SneakPeek Result email by 9pm Pacific Time on the expected day. The following applies:

  • Your service will be converted to SneakPeek Standard
  • You will be issued a $20 refund
  • Please contact the SneakPeek Clinical Location where your sample was collected to notify them of the delay.

Standard Result Delays – Results are considered delayed if you have not received your SneakPeek Result email by 5pm Pacific Time on the expected day. The following applies:
