SneakPeek Traits launched in 2020 with a vision to help parents learn as much about their children as possible, as early as possible. We wanted to arm parents with the information needed to help their children live their healthiest, best lives.
In the intervening years, we decided to refocus our innovation efforts back to parents early in the pregnancy journey, and as such, made the difficult decision to discontinue SneakPeek Traits in the summer of 2023.
We know this is disappointing, and we’re doing everything in our power to ensure a smooth transition. SneakPeek Traits customers have been informed via email that they will be able to access their results in the Traits Parent Portal until December 31, 2023, and that if they are still holding on to a Traits test kit, we will continue to process incoming samples until October 15, 2023. Customers also have until October 15, 2023 to request a refund for the return of an unused test kit.
