How to Start the Refund Process

If you received an inaccurate result using the SneakPeek Early Gender DNA Test, we sincerely apologize. Just follow the steps below, and we’ll ensure you receive a full refund.

To start the refund process, please proceed to our Accuracy Guarantee Request Form. You’ll need the following information to complete your request:

  1. A photo of your baby’s birth certificate – To confirm that your results didn’t match our results, take a photo of your baby’s state-certified birth certificate. To maintain your baby’s privacy, feel free to cover his or her name, as it’s not needed to process your refund.
  2. Your order number and barcode – Your order number can be found in your original order confirmation email. Your barcode can be found in your “What to Expect Next” email.
  3. Results email address – The email address where you originally received your results
