RETURN POLICY

If you’re not quite ready or changed your mind, we’ve made returns simple. SneakPeek® tests purchased directly from SneakPeekTest.com are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, as long as the kit is returned within 30 days of purchase.

How to return a SneakPeekTest.com order:

  • Use our return request form to initiate your return.
  • Our team will process your request and provide a free return label. Please do not use the return label enclosed in your original test kit.
  • SneakPeek tests for which results have been provided are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds are applied to your original form of payment. If a refund to your card is unsuccessful, a check will be issued and mailed to the address on file.

If you purchased your test kit from another retailer or site (like Amazon.com, Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens), please return the item directly to the store where it was purchased and follow their return policy.

ACCURACY GUARANTEE REFUNDS

All SneakPeek test results are covered by our Accuracy Guarantee. If the result we provided does not match your baby’s sex at birth, you may be eligible for a full refund.

This policy applies after your baby is born and requires a state-certified birth certificate (vital record) as verification. If the documented sex on the certificate does not match the result you received from your SneakPeek test, we’ll refund your purchase.

For At-Home Test Users:

  • Submit your request through our Accuracy Guarantee claim form. Accuracy Guarantee refund requests must be submitted within one (1) year of the baby’s date of birth. You’ll need the following information to complete your request:
    • A photo of your baby’s birth certificate – To confirm that your results didn’t match our results, take a photo of your baby’s state-certified birth certificate. Make sure the entire document is visible, including state-issued information. Please hide or redact all personal info except the mother’s name, baby’s sex, and baby’s birth date.
    • Your order number and barcode – Your order number can be found in your original order confirmation email. Your barcode can be found in your “What to Expect Next” email.
    • Results email address – The email address where you originally received your results
  • Refunds are issued by check for the full amount paid.
    • If you purchased your test kit and lab fee separately, you will receive the full lab fee plus $30 to cover the test kit.

For Clinical Test Users:
Please contact the clinic where your test was performed to initiate your refund request.

INCONCLUSIVE RESULTS & RETESTS

In rare cases, we may be unable to determine a conclusive result from your SneakPeek test. If this happens, we offer a one-time free retest.

  • Retests are only provided for inconclusive results.
  • If a conclusive result (boy or girl) has been delivered, a retest is not available.
  • Retests are shipped to the address provided during the original test’s activation.
  • If the retest also results in an inconclusive outcome, our team will contact you to begin the refund process.
  • If you do not wish to retest, the unused retest kit may be returned within 30 days of its ship date for a full refund of the original test.

Refund Process for Inconclusive Results:

  • If you purchased the lab fee and test kit separately, you’ll receive:
    • A refund of the full lab fee amount paid
    • An additional $30 to cover the cost of the test kit
  • Refunds are applied to your original form of payment. If this is unsuccessful, a check will be issued and mailed to the address on file.
