SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to SMS between you and Gateway Genomics, LLC, including Gateway services branded as SneakPeek® (collectively, “Gateway,” “we, or “our,”) and are incorporated into our Terms of Use by reference.

For purposes of these T&Cs, “Services” means any Services (as defined in the Terms of Use) involving SMS between you and Gateway. “SMS” means text-based communications sent to a phone or telephonic paging device, such as text messages.

By participating in the Services, you agree to receive SMS from and on behalf of Gateway through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if (to the extent permitted under applicable law) your mobile number is registered on a state or federal “do not call” list. You participate in the Services when you provide your mobile number to Myriad and provide any other authorization that may be required under applicable law.

SMS may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology, for example technology that involves artificial or pre-recorded messages. Depending on your participation, SMS may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) and/or promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You may opt out of SMS at any time by texting the word STOP to 80591 from the enrolled mobile device. For help, text HELP to 80591. Participation in promotions/marketing SMS is not a condition of purchasing from Gateway. Your participation in promotions/marketing SMS is completely voluntary. Do not provide your phone number to Gateway for promotions/marketing SMS if you are younger than 18 years old.

We do not charge for participation in the Service, but you are solely responsible for all charges and fees related to SMS, including charges from your wireless provider. Not all mobile devices may be supported and SMS may not be deliverable in all areas. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

Gateway may change the short code or telephone number from which SMS are sent and we will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we are not responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

Gateway and the wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you provided an invalid phone number, you may not receive SMS from Gateway until you provide a valid phone number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to re-enroll with your new number. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree Gateway is not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
